ABOUT ANTONIO MORO
I am a Mathematical Physicist by training specialising in integrable systems, nonlinear partial differential equations and mathematical modelling and quantitative analysis of complex systems. My interests span from the development of methods for the classification of exactly solvable systems to the analysis of extreme phenomena, cooperative and catastrophic dynamics in complex systems. My contributions includes applications to thermodynamics, statistical mechanics, electrodynamics, and fluid dynamics, random networks and information processing in complex systems. The methodologies I study and develop apply to modelling of patterns, trends, and coherent behaviours in large-scale systems. I am interested in combining statistical mechanics, random matrix theory and machine learning techniques to explore novel paradigms for AI.Beside my academic work, I welcome collaboration with the private sector and passionate individuals towards initiatives aimed at expressing the potential and values of mathematics in the real world.
