Responsible for Pre-Construction and Project Management efforts for various new builds of approximately $284 Million Dollars• Oversee and direct the performance of all field construction activities for assigned projects.• Authoritative knowledge with holistic grasp of complex situations • Control project schedule and cost through the efficient use of all construction resources including workforce, materials, tools, and equipment.• Monitor productivity and cost and implement appropriate action to main maximum labor productivity and cost-effectiveness.• Assure that all company requirements and expectations are strictly adhered to for compliance. • Serve as single point of accountability to senior management, client, and community. • Work closely with the in-house development team to provide insight and support for all phases of the project, from pre-construction planning through to final delivery.
