Leads the engagement with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. Patient Services/Case Management, Apheresis Operations, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Data, Technology & Engineering (DTE) Legal etc.) as well as act as the main point of contact with multiple external stakeholders within the ATCs (Healthcare providers, Finance, Technology, etc) to ensure successful activation of these ATCs for our ATMP therapy Define the on-boarding strategy and lead the co-ordination activation process for all ATCs in territory•activation steps.Engages with ATCs, thought leaders and management teams to support all centre onboarding and•and the treating teams.Leads and manages the ATC core internal team and provides guidance to all support functions involved in ATC activation and the patient treatment journey resulting in optimal ATC and patient experience.Oversees and coordinates appropriate training measures for all relevant stakeholders in the clinic.Drives and implements the overall ATC program strategy as well as develops and owns ATC account plans and objectives (excluding sales) and ensures regular reporting of progress made vs goals.Provides guidance to the ATCs to ensure patients can be treated.
