ABOUT ANTONIO LOFFREDO

I am a trilingual Learning and Development Specialist (French and Italian) with a lifelong passion for teaching. Since the age of six, I knew I wanted to become a teacher. This passion led me to specialise in teaching methodology and language learning techniques as part of my language degree.I began my professional journey at an SAP training consultancy, where I discovered that my teaching skills could be effectively applied to SAP training. Since then, I have spent over 25 years delivering training on a wide range of multicultural and multilingual projects.I have provided training across most SAP modules, with particular focus on:• MM/P2P• SD/O2C• WMMy main duties have involved helping my clients with:• Finding the best training strategy• Developing training materials using Microsoft Office applications and e-learning authoring tools such as uPerform, TTKF, Captivate, and SAP Enable Now• Delivering both classroom and online instructor-led training to end users and managers, as well as providing Train the Trainer sessions for key users• Creating training data and training aids• Providing post Go-Live support and evaluating training/trainees (lessons learned)• Proofreading materials, localising training content for different countries or languages, and translating training materialsHere’s some common feedback I receive after training sessions:• Antonio’s training style is engaging, interactive, and definitely not boring• He is very enthusiastic and passionate about training• The training materials/aids are well-designed and full of useful visuals• Clear and effective communication• Great facilitation skillsThis feedback reflects both my style and my passion for the profession. As I always say, anyone can explain how to create a purchase order or move stock in a warehouse, but not everyone can deliver effective training without the right skills and tools. Successful training depends not only on knowledge, but also on the ability to engage learners and provide materials that support the learning process. These are the aspects of training that truly drive me.Outside work, I am also interested in mindfulness, yoga, politics, linguistics, languages etc I am also the organiser of a Meetup group for Francophiles.
