ABOUT ANTONIO IAZZETTA

Graduated with honors in business management at Luiss “Guido Carli” University. In 2009 I started my career within the Enel group as internal auditor. In 2014 I joined KPMG advisory, where I deal with the following projects- External Quality Assessment of internal audit department - Start-up of internal audit process and function - Execution of control-risk assessment aimed to the elaboration of the Internal Audit Plan - Planning, execution and reporting of internal audit engagements (Operational, Compliance and Financial Audits)- Execution of risk assessment, design and implementation of internal control systems related to the prevention of crimes included within the Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 (administrative liability of companies)- Execution of risk assessment, design and implementation of Internal Control over Financial Reporting in compliance with the Italian Law 262/2005 and/or Sarbanes-Oxley Act - Risk assessment, design and implementation of Internal Control over Sustainability Reporting - Design of policies, procedures and operating instructions - Design and implementation of anti-corruption internal control systems in compliance with the Italian Law 190/12 or international standards - Training activities about Internal audit, Compliance and anti-corruption matters The above projects involved the following main companies Eni, Enel, Snam, TIM, Terna, ArcelorMittal, INWIT, Atlantia, Avio, Rai, Consip, De Agostini, Alitalia, Gesac, Aeroporti di Puglia, CONI.
