Working in retail has been really fun, and challenging for me. Being able to communicate with different people is the reason why I love my job. Also, as a manager, training/coaching your employees is such a good opportunity to share your knowledge to them. Challenges. Wherever you go, there will always be a challenge that you will experience. In retail, we always meet people with different personalities (happy, sad, cranky, etc.) as they walk-in the store. As an employee, we always try to make sure that these people leave our store happy and excited about what they purchase! Always making their shopping experience fun and exciting. I love to work on a fast-paced environment. I am a multi-tasker, dedicated, hard-working person who works well with others. Very prompt. Detail oriented team player, and have great organizational and interpersonal skills. Setting goals and achieving them. Very eager to learn new things! I have a really great work ethic!
