I consider myself as an enthusiastic and creative engineer with a strong analytical and strategic mindset. Always looking for challenging opportunities with the ultimate objective of learning from every possible experience.Within engineering, I have worked on product design and soon transitioned to the project management function to drive design changes from concept design to certification. Now I am working in the customer front deployed locally, providing customer engineering support working in the products I have been previously involved with in either design or project management.Additionally, I have a strong academic background with a 5 year Engineering degree and an MSc in Cranfield University. On the academic field, I firmly believe my strengths reside in my robust methodical problem solving approach paired with my creative mindset.    Assistant Chief Lifecycle Engineer, Trent 800 & RB211-524, some responsibilities include:• Act as the delegate for the chief lifecycle to support leadership decision making and strategic alignment.• Manage, coach, and develop the Americas Customer Team and work closely with the Engineering Facility solution (EFS) Capability Managers to ensure methods and processes are effectively deployed to the team.• Interface with Design and other capabilities to ensure cost and turn time improvement activities comply with all required processes and standards.• Ensure the operational delivery for AMC shop visits and the engine program are supported technically.• Understand and monitor fleet reliability characteristics with service engineering, service managers, MRO support managers, and airline customers to resolve technical issues.• Participate in review of hardware at the MROs, storage facilities, and in the field to support improvements in engine workscopes and identification of opportunities for cost efficiencies.
