ABOUT ANTONIO GALLI

As SMA and FLM I have made a lot of experience concerning \"new launches\" and the develop of \"high performer teams till 23 people\", achieving very important results in cardiovascular (Tareg, Cotareg, Lescol, Rasilez, Entresto), diabetes (Galvus, Eucreas), respiratory (Onbrez, Seebri, Xolair). In these jobs, flexibility and leadership skills were essential to manage large teams, whose aim was to launch new products in Milan, Lombardy. The goals reached during the last five years were lots: my teams and I had the best Italian performance in respiratory area (Milan first in the Italy ranking) and more recently in cardiovascular area (Lombardy is the top performer of Europe in the latest launch of Entresto). During my career I was engaged in an innovative national DIGITAL startup, whose initial name \"Boario Homecare\", has today changed into \"Health Telematic Network\". At the beginning this company\'s intent was to realise a telematic network for doctors, especially for general practitioners in Val Camonica. Moreover when it turned to be a national project, it gave me the possibility to make also marketing experiences from 1997 to 2006. If I were asked to list my strengths, they would be: flexibility, product launching skills, leadership, team management, matrix work, innovation and development of new marketing projects. Finally I can claim to be really passionate towards my job and bound to my current company, even if I would like to consider other experiences, for instance to develop my skills and change my prespective, perhaps dealing with a higher level of responsibility.
