Extensive twenty (20) years of experience in the front end and detailed engineering design of instrumentation and control systems for projects at the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. Includes five plus (5+) years of experience as instrumentation and control systems lead engineer. Broad experience in the development of technical specifications and data sheets for industrial measurement instrumentation, field controllers and end devices (control valves, on/off valves and MOV). Comprehensive knowledge of PFD, P & ID, instrument installation details drawings, wiring diagrams, plot plans and loop diagrams. Skilled in the development of RTU, PLC and SCADA specifications for the control and management of production and refining facilities. Active participant in Process Hazardous Analysis and HAZOP studies. Basic experience in field supervision during project construction and in the execution of factory acceptance test (FAT) and site acceptance test (SAT). Knowledge of SmartPlant Instrumentation (InTools Engineering Modules) and iDocs Document & Workflow Manager. Familiar with international standards such as ISA, API RP, PIP and ISO-9001 standards.
