It is fast approaching 20 years since I first began advising clients on matters of employment law. Over the years I have adopted an approach which is focused on understanding my clients and their objectives in each scenario. This enables me to provide advice that is specific and tailored to them andallows clients minimise disruption within their organisations and meet their strategic goals in a cost effective way.I advise a wide range of clients on all aspects of employment law from complex Tribunal and EAT cases to reorganisations, redundancies and TUPE transfers. I work with many SMEs across a range of sectors, employers in regulated industries and have a particular interest in schools and other educational establishments.
