ABOUT ANTONIO DOMENICO IALEGGIO

I’m passionate about building companies and creating structured pathways that connect Schools, Universities, and Businesses. I firmly believe in the potential of young talent and the power of ideas—especially when nurtured through method, vision, and authentic relationships. With a background in law, I chose the entrepreneurial path driven by a simple conviction: true innovation requires courage, organization, and the right people. GEOLUMEN, founded in 2010 together with an economist, was my first “love”: a former electronics startup now approaching its 15th anniversary, born in a garage and grown thanks to trust in an idea and in a team. Today, SEI Sannio represents the closing of an ideal circle: a growing hub that brings together energy and talent to generate real, sustainable development—rooted in the local territory but with a global outlook. Alongside this, I serve as Secretary of Sannio Valley, a dynamic community of entrepreneurs, innovators, and ambitious young people working to establish the Sannio region as fertile ground for youth-led startups. It’s another important piece of a commitment that is not only professional, but deeply personal. As a university lecturer, I continue to study and, more importantly, to engage with bright young minds—fostering a generative dialogue between academia and business. My greatest “hobby” is volunteering in high schools as a Dream Coach for JA Italia, where I guide students in discovering entrepreneurship with passion and practicality. Currently, I’m working on a new project: Fantastartup, which I hope to democratize and turn into something truly shared—because entrepreneurship isn’t just about capital, it’s about access and community. Starting a business isn’t easy—otherwise it would be called a “walk in the park”—but I’m convinced that success doesn’t require superheroes. It requires the right environment to help the right people thrive. Lots of radio, daily reading, very little social media. Time is precious—especially when you’re building something.
