I work with the Banking and Finance team of the firm and I regularly assist banks, financial intermediaries, asset managers, investment funds and alternative players in a wide variety of national and cross-border transactions, including structured finance transactions (involving different kinds of receivables, real estate properties or other alternative assets as underlying), special situation / distressed debt (with focus on high-yield investments) and real estate financing. I also advise on acquisition financing and, more generally, on different forms of corporate lending and asset-based financing. I have gained experience on factoring transactions and asset management of claims and real estate assets.
