As a UTA for First Year Programs, I provide valuable academic support to first-year students by holding office hours to assist with coursework, offer assignment feedback, and answer any questions. In addition to educational support, I mentor students through the challenges of their transition to undergraduate life, providing guidance on time management, study strategies, and navigating campus resources. This role has allowed me to develop strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills, and more importantly, it has enabled me to positively impact students\' lives, helping them succeed academically and personally during their first year of college.
