Project: Strategic Alliance for Union Station Enhancement ProjectIntegrated Project Team: Kiewit, Alberici, WSP, Mass Electric Construction,Stakeholder: MetrolinxResponsible for monitoring and reporting on Alliance overall compliance to the Quality program. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System in conformance to the PAA requirements and have the authority to report nonconforming work, assign corrective action, issue stop work orders and revise the Quality Management Plan. Create and implement an Annual Audit Plan that incorporates oversight of all Management Plans that include Quality processes for the project. Audit results and follow up actions reported with the Alliance Director, and responsible AMT members. Lead a QMS Management Review session each year to determine if the QMS is functioning adequately and where improvements should be focused.
