Animation Artist | Independent Filmmaker | Drawing Instructor With nearly 30 years of experience in the animation industry, I’ve built a diverse and dynamic career shaped by a wide range of creative roles — from animation director and clean-up supervisor to character animator, 2DFX animator, assistant animator, and character designer. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with leading animation studios and contribute to high-profile productions, gaining valuable experience across a variety of creative environments and pipelines. Alongside studio work, I remain deeply committed to creating independent animated short films that blend cultural depth with authentic artistic expression. My personal projects combine the precision of classical animation with the sensitivity of fine arts and a spirit of experimentation. I have written, directed, and animated two independent short films that have been screened at international festivals and cultural institutions worldwide — stories that transcend language and speak to shared human experience. I’m also passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of animators. Sharing knowledge, encouraging creativity, and fostering artistic growth is an essential and fulfilling part of my professional journey.
