Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Contributes to service delivery that fosters a Tickled, Delighted, and Happy (TDH) experience outcome. Manages and processes various HR lifecycle transactions such as pre-boarding, transfers, termination, job, and personal data changes. Enters and maintains data in HR Files or systems to ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards.Responds to Associate and people manager inquiries via live calls, e-mails, and other communication formats regarding HR questions, issues, problems, and status changes within defined Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality measures.Provides Associates with accurate responses, resource training, and support in problem resolution regarding Lennar policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, and vendor support.Provides sound judgment and/or resolution on Associate issues by utilizing resources i.e. policy, process, and relevant employment law. Consults with functional partners (including Benefits, Payroll, and HRMS).Performs other duties as assigned.
