ABOUT ANTONINA VYKHREST
As a sociotechnical translator, I lead Responsible AI and Trust & Safety initiatives at the intersection of product, policy, and operations, turning safety and governance strategy into repeatable, scalable operations.Currently a Fellow with the French Center for AI Safety (CeSIA), I\'m researching AI evaluation and assurance to help ensure that frontier capabilities don\'t outpace AI safety and governance. My focus is on closing the gap between AI safety ambition and implementation. With 15 years across platform governance, AI safety and international policy, I specialize in building safety infrastructure at scale and developing the teams to sustain it. As founding Trust & Safety Director at Rockstar Games, I implemented multimodal safety and platform governance that significantly reduced harm and compliance risk, and improved business outcomes. At TikTok, I scaled global harm detection and prevention across 1B+ users globally. Earlier, I spent five years at the Council of Europe coordinating international capacity-building programs across 46 member states.I bring a cross-disciplinary background bridging technical operations, risk management and human rights frameworks. My unique combination of platform safety and international policy experience informs how I approach building governance systems that scale under real operating conditions.I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School, where I focused on technology strategy and responsible innovation, an LLM from Utrecht University in International Human Rights Law and a BA from Duke University in Political Science.
