ABOUT ANTONIETTA CACCIANI

I work as a consultant in the change management field, designing and implementing projects for organizations that are facing merging or organizational and culture changes,or cluster of enterprise creation. I work in Italy and abroad, both in the profit and no profit sectors. Since 2009 I have also been involved in citizen engagement projects, managing public participation processes and stakeholder participation. I enjoy working with organizations that need to face the \"distance challenge\" and need to train and lead people that are working in different locations, and cultures. My activity has been characterized by cross-sectoral work in the Human Resources development. I have extensive experience in train the trainer programs in a range of fields including Insurances, Banks, and Education Institutions. I have designed and managed projects funded by the ESF (European Social Found), Leonardo, and European Council. My extensive work experience in different countries, the knowledge of both french and english as working languages are a resource for international organizations or italian organization that want to become more internationally well known. With two colleagues I created the PILOTINA Brand, a team born to create and manage clusters of enterprises (similar to Consortium). I am a Lecturer and Mentor for startups.
