ABOUT ANTONIA-LAURA PUP
Aspiring national security professional, working for a braver Romania. Currently, I am a Fulbright Student and Teaching Assistant in Security Studies at Georgetown University,#1 in the world for international policy-focused careers. Previously, I was the advisor of the President of the Defence, public order and national security Committee in the Romanian Parliament. My experience includes working in international organizations, such as the European Parliament and OECD, on education and development issues. I publish foreign policy articles and correspondence for the German think tank Epis Think Tank in English and in Romanian for publications such as Adevărul and Syntopic. I am a fellow of the Aspen Institute of Romania and part of the US International Exchange Alumni community. 5+ years of experience in project management, policy making, communications, foreign and security policy, working with professionals and organizations from the public policy ecosystem, both in Romania and abroad (Romanian Chamber of Deputies, Romanian Senate, European Parliament, OECD) In 2020, I was included in Romania\'s Forbes 30 under 30 list, as a former leader of the youth movement in Romania.
