I have 20 years’ experience guiding clients with talent strategy and organisation transformation in the energy, high tech, utilities, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and development sectors in the UK, Europe, North America, Africa and Australasia. In addition to my work with clients I have led the Learning & Development team for Accenture\'s own Analyst Consulting Group in the UK, responsible for the training developed for and received by c. graduates in our Strategy, Consulting, and Digital businesses. I support graduate recruiting from Cambridge University, regularly interview and select graduate candidates, and guide the career development of junior consultants.Outside of work I have enjoyed volunteering as a Teach First coach, supporting a Teach First teacher on a one-to-one basis during the second of their two years on the Teach First Leadership Development Programme.
