Program lead responsible for managing the development and implementation of an inaugural, national ‘Community of Practice’ (CoP) supported by the Economic Development Administration. Develop and implement a strategic plan for the CoP to increase engagement and knowledge sharing among 360 national organizations. Devise a communication strategy to encourage engagement. Organize and promote virtual monthly workshops and bimonthly training classes.Collaborate with Seattle\'s Office of Economic Development (OED) to implement the Business Community Ownership (BCO) Fund, a wealth-building program to assist displaced BIPOC business owners through stable rent and control of real estate. Streamline the BCO Fund application process to ensure transparent and timely communication between the business and the program team, and review applications to identify businesses and developers that align with community needs.
