My mission is to help people grow so they can be doing even more good for themselves, others and the whole world/environment. I profoundly believe in the ripple effect of people in their most powerful and authentic version of themselves being even better leaders for teams, parents for their children, partners for their loved ones etc. I fulfill my mission professionally by working with and for the People / Human Resources with all it takes to attract, convert, foster and retain the best talents. My passion lies in the field of teambuilding, workshops and trainings in specific; and matters around People & Culture more broadly speaking. I am a IDG enthusiast and on a mission of truly contributing to the UN sustainability goals by implementing IDG practices in companies as a CSR-meets-personal-development measure. My focus areas are: leadership support, employee experience (that ties into onboarding, culture and retention), and development (support people grow professionally and as a person). My leadership style is at eye level, empathetic, empowering, constantly pushing for learning, development and growth.
