ABOUT ANTONIA B.

I am an enthusiastic and outgoing Chartered Architect.My overall professional experience I have been involved in commercial, healthcare, education, residential, logistics and masterplan projects.I worked with MSV Architectes Urbanistes, a small urban planning and architectural practice in Geneva. Where I learned to balance my creativity and rationality in the design process by engaging with local communities to understand their needs and deliver a usable public space design.Following onto my Part II experience I produced and developed tender, planning, building warrant and construction information in a fast environment which has given me an understanding of the full range of services an architect provides to clients. From early RIBA stage feasibility studies, schematic design, site analysis, to tender, statutory approval, and construction information.As an architect I have learned the importance of early engagement with planning authorities to identify potential implications on the project design programme and negotiate a tangible way of achieving planning approval through the design development process.Working as part of a team and autonomously on concept and brief development, I learned to organise and show consistency in my work to meet deadlines and client briefs.
