As a senior recruiter, my responsibility is to make great matches between Key’s contract employees and their manufacturing clients. My duties include interviewing, recruiting, scheduling and monitoring the performance of our employees. My expertise is in driving company growth by maximizing order fill rate and growing the number of placements with our client companies. I do this by identifying the appropriate skill set, educational background and work experience of each potential employee and then customizing my placements to our clients’ requirements. My position requires me to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure and with rigorous demands. I possess a CPS (“Certified Staffing Professional”) certification, which requires passing a rigorous exam on labor and employment laws affecting our industry.
