   In my current role as Senior Leader of Customer Experience, I: • Serve as the acting Site Lead, Interim Head of Robinhood Money, and direct the Robinhood Money Launch. Supervise Winter/Summer 2022 inter cohorts and facilitate the Customer Experience Leadership Development Program. • Establish, implement, and execute cross-site and cross-functional initiatives to improve the customer experience while managing daily Contact Center and Site Operations. • Develop standardized modes of operation by promoting a culture of cohesion, engagement, and belonging, leading to the growth of a high-performance team. • Build and improve relationships with Vendor Relationship Managers and cross-functional partners during product launches, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within the required deliverables. • Perform in alignment with rules, regulations, and procedures, executing entity separation, training delivery, and implementing change for Robinhood Money. • Select and train employees to create high-performance teams, fully utilizing their planning and organizational strengths to pinpoint key focus areas for improvement. • Builds the company culture by partnering with leaders to shape and drive the people agenda and boost employee morale. Define, plan and drive cross-team process improvements. • Work closely with the companies in Arizona and the Recruiting Department to recruit qualified candidates and hire the head of Robinhood Money (RHY).
