Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the successful launch and registrations of Total Endoscopy products to international markets. Involving strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with various stakeholders- Direct and supervise the activities of the International Regulatory Affairs staff, developing key talent on a global stage, and providing strategic plans to navigate the international regulatory landscapes- Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Manufacturing to integrate regulatory requirements into product development and launch plans. Coordinate efforts to ensure that regulatory considerations are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle- Develop and execute strategic plans for navigating the international regulatory landscapes. Stay updated on regulatory trends, changes in regulations, and evolving requirements in various markets- Provide guidance and direction to the team in aligning regulatory strategies with business objectives- Identify and develop key talent within the Regulatory Affairs team. Provide mentoring, training, and growth opportunities to foster the professional development of team members. Help them expand their regulatory knowledge, expertise, and global regulatory understanding- PMO Leader for Stryker Women’s Network – responsible for driving a strategic focus on diverse representation, belonging, and advocacy for women within the organization.
