My career in IT has been defined by growth, adaptability, and a constant drive to master both cloud architecture and security.I began on the Service Desk, supporting over users across complex enterprise environments. That experience shaped my foundation in large-scale systems support and technical leadership — from training new technicians and rebuilding onboarding programs to mentoring analysts and refining operational processes.That hands-on experience led me into cloud architecture as a Cloud Advisor at eGroup | Enabling Technologies, where I helped organizations design, deploy, and secure Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. I specialized in performance, scalability, and resiliency, guiding clients toward best practices for hybrid infrastructure, Exchange, Teams Voice, and identity management.My focus then deepened into security engineering, where I built and managed multi-tenant detection and response solutions as an MSSP Security Engineer. I designed analytic and automation rules in Microsoft Sentinel, developed triage playbooks, and operationalized Defender XDR and Entra ID to protect organizations across diverse industries.Today, I’m a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, where I help customers harness the power of AI securely — driving adoption, building trust, and bridging innovation with protection.
