ABOUT ANTON YASHNEV

As an experienced professional in the oil & gas industry, I have a strong background in hydraulic fracturing engineering & operations in the Oilfield Services Market, including project management, client services, and team management. My previous work experience includes a role as a Team Lead of the Engineering Team at Calfrac Well Services, where I was responsible for overseeing hydraulic fracturing engineering & operations. In addition to my technical and client services responsibilities, I managed a team of technical specialists providing leadership, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their goals. In my management consulting role at Deloitte, I focused on helping clients in the oil & gas and mining industry optimize their operations by adopting digital technologies and Industry 4.0 strategies. I have experience in IT/OT convergence, asset management & operations, data integration, and other related areas. My project management and change management expertise has allowed me to successfully guide clients through complex digital transformation initiatives while managing teams of consultants and subject matter experts. In my current role, I’m also responsible for leading the development of sales proposals, which involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging my expertise. I am passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to drive improvements in asset-intensive industries while prioritizing client needs and delivering exceptional services and high-quality results.
