Position: Maintenance Planning Lead Engineer/Lead CMMS Engineer, Operations, Maintenance Department.Production: 10 MBOPD. Scope: EWT Facility, 2 Oil Wells, 2 Water Wells, Accommodation Camp. Responsibilities and achievements:• Startup of CMMS based on SAP PM use for EWT Harir-Bejil: successfully done, support and continuous improvement, over 40 local and expat peoples have been trained and working with CMMS.• Implementation of Work Preparation, Scheduling and Execution philosophy for maintenance needs.• Asset register fulfilling and maintaining: Around 3 500 function location have been uploaded into CMMS and maintained, within vendor important information (e.g. mechanical rotating equipment passports, tanks, vessels, PSV’s passports, etc.).• Developing maintenance plans, task lists for corrective and preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with Maintenance Department & Asset Integrity Team: Over 100 optimized to current requirements Task List have been developed for all disciplines, 800 active maintenance plans existing in the system and generates preventive maintenance Work orders.• Day-to-Day scheduling. Short, Medium and Long term schedules. Daily progress and reporting. Technical history input control: since the start-up of the production at EWT over Z1 notifications (maintenance request) have been raised than reviewed and approved, over Corrective and PRDM WOs have been completed with required repairing and restoration of the equipment to meet required performance.• Shutdown Planning Management: 2 Field Shutdowns are successfully done safe and on time.• Design and implementation KPI’s to evaluate effectiveness of CMMS and WPSE procedure:(Schedule Compliance, PM & CM Compliance,% of Unscheduled Compliance): Maintaining all KPIs on high level compared as per best international practices.• Appointed as MoC Coordinator.
