As Executive Director for Goodwill SF Bay, I utilize over two decades of experience driving organizational development and workforce transformation in the financial services, public utility, and nonprofit sectors. My passion is rooted in making an impact in marginalized communities and preserving the historical and cultural legacies of people who have paved the way for others. Though a recent transplant to the Bay Area, I am inspired by its vibrant culture and look forward to becoming more a part of this amazing community.I am committed to leveraging existing partnerships, deepening awareness of Goodwill’s mission, and ensuring everyone we serve has equal access to programs and resources that help them start, grow, and thrive in their careers. I hold a master’s in secondary education specializing in social studies, and dual bachelor’s degrees in information technology and business management, and am currently completing my doctoral research at George Washington University. Outside of my professional endeavors, my husband and I enjoy creating family moments with our adopted son through cooking, watching movies, and being outdoors.
