Responsibilities: • Work in a Scrum team attend Daily scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint review and Retrospective meetings.• Analyze user stories with Developers, BA’s and other team members to understand the end user’s needs for the testing standpoint.• Modify and maintain existing Automation Framework.• Develop Behavior-Driven Development test using Cucumber Gherkin language by writing feature files and develop step definition files using Java language.• Implement automation using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Junit, Maven, Page Object Model (POM) and Java.• Manage the necessary dependencies in Maven (pom.xml file). • Analyze the functional test cases and prioritized the test cases for the automation based on complexity and risk assessment.• Automate Smoke and Regression execution using Java to ensure existing functionalities work property.• Use GitHub to save and share my Git repositories.• Perform Web service testing using REST API.• Work on Backend testing by writing and executing SQL queries. • Perform multi-browser testing to check if application can work on Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome browsers.• Work on Selenium GUI elements verification by using HTML Id, Name, Xpath, CSS locators, LinkText, Partial LinkText, Tag Name and Class name.• Implement Continuous Integration (CI) by using Jenkins. • Follow Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) using Jira to demonstrate the test coverage between user stories and test cases.• Determine weaknesses in QA Processes, Web testing, Selenium Automation, and suggest and implement improvements.Environment: Eclipse, Selenium WebDriver, Java, Junit, Cucumber, Maven, Jenkins, Jira, XML, HTML, SQL, Agile.
