Experienced and MS Certified Lead Software Engineer with 10 years of experience working in enterprise software development. I have experience covering the duties of Solution Architecture, by designing and developing software solutions. Focused on project delivery and building successful teams. Designing complex software systems from the ground up and guiding them through all stages of development. Worked with huge and heavy-loaded systems in the healthcare domain, gambling, and computer vision. I can lead the discovery phase, gather all required business goals, constants, and requests, translate them into technical language, design architecture, define scope, roadmap, and estimates, compose team structure and prepare all necessary documentation, charts, and diagrams to step into the implementation phase.I know how to organize, and build successful teams.
