I am a licensed Counselor, certified in LENS Neurofeedback / EEG Biofeedback, using advanced brain technology and a drug-free alternative, for managing stress and alleviating neurological conditions, including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD in adults and children. I also provide customized cognitive and peak performance training for executives, test takers, sportspeople and performing artists, for optimizing mind-body connection and helping the brain to self-regulate and function more efficiently. Coming from decades of clinical experience treating neurological conditions and cognitive rehabilitation in all healthcare settings gives me a broad perspective and insight for providing resources, helping others and enabling them find clarity, balance and direction in their daily lives.I create customized healthcare protocols and training programs, and provide resources to move people beyond symptom relief to self-development and full, effective living.
