ABOUT ANTOINE ZANCHETTA

From Paris to Seattle, my passion for video games and software development knows no bounds.I have been playing video games since age 2, but I decided I wanted to get more involved in my passion by transitioning from player to developer. Pursuing my dream, I left France for the United-States in 2012, where I started attending DigiPen Institute of Technology in 2014.Moving continents was challenging, but I never had a doubt that it was worth it. Joining DigiPen because of my passion for video games and design sparkled a new interest in me: programming. I had always enjoyed problem-solving, and programming showed to be the ultimate tool.Now having graduated from DigiPen, I have learned so much in both game design and software development from working with the incredibly talented people at my school. Having worked on teams as small as 4 people to as big as 14 people, with members ranging from artists to pure programmers, I learned to communicate effectively with my teammates from all disciplines and adapt to any situation.Often praised for my ability to get high quality work done quickly, I love using my capacity to be both a designer and a programmer for my team and solve problems effectively. Being able to program has helped me prototype that much faster as a designer, and being able to program helps me create the best tools for the other designers on my team.I strongly believe in creativity, passion, delivering quality, and working as team to produce the finest games with the help of the incredibly bright people from our industry.Specialties: C/C++, software development, gameplay programming, systems design, teamwork, rapid prototyping
