Oversee/Support the day-to-day sales operations of K-SWISS and PALLADIUM BOOTS brands, with a specific focus on customer success, global brand communication, financial operations, and supply chain support Within the first few months, I restructured the sales operations and mentored on priority and activities to drive profit while cleaning up their books, orders, and chargebacks – gaining them hundreds of thousands in unexpected profits Support, coordinate, and implement the strategic business plan within each specific market segment, including clearly outlined objectives, fiscal results, and long-term growth planning Drive growth and profitability through account management, sharp bookkeeping, and financial record support Support sales teams to maximize growth with retail partners to achieve sales targets and brand category goals Develop and maintain strong relationships with all retailers, including buyers, buying teams, and executive teams, as well as build a positive culture within internal teams Global customer support in Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Panama, Canada, and UK Responded to and resolved organizational issues that were critical in developing, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s positive customer-driven culture Collaborate with CS/Ops to manage, track and resolve all customer inquiries toward shipping, orders, purchase orders, compliance issues, chargebacks, RTVs, etc. Create and manage all import documents and processes for international customers based on industry and customer requirements – in order to collect payments accurately and on-time Create SOPs, streamline sales processes, analyze data, and advise all departments on improvements to procedures Work cross-functionally with all departments to improve systems and processes – IT, Finance, Warehouse, Shipping, Import documentation, global, product, etc.
