About Antoinette Belson

With over a decade of professional experience, Senior Project Manager Antoinette Belson has a proven track record of bringing projects in on budget and on time. Her professional experience spans corporate, institutional, retail and hospitality. As a liaison between client and contractor, Antoinette’s passion for design, architectural background and management skills will be an asset when coordinating how systems, infrastructure, and design will interact and perform in the built environment. She manages her projects with care, communication, and collaboration. Her ability to inspire decisive design action and promote a positive team environment creates functional and enjoyable spaces that support the client’s vision. Antoinette received a B.A. in environmental psychology from Denison University, as well as a masters in architecture from Knowlton School of Architecture at The Ohio State University. Her publications include “New Approaches to Pedestrian Pathway Planning” in Cities and Villages, the Journal of the Ohio Municipal League, May 2010, co-authored with Emily Hammeren and Abram Kaplan. Antoinette has been a guest speaker at AIA NYS design conference and AIA Ohio Convention.She has also been a guest lecturer at Cleveland State University’s Ahuja College of Business for an Organizational Management class and has been an invited juror for architecture and interior design studios at Kent State University. She is also a Mentor for the ACE Program.
