My definition of Hospitality is the art of welcoming, the power of creating strong guest experience thought being on details oriented. Is the art of stimulating the 5 senses to create unforgivable memories and make a difference in the people life. After a bachelor’s in international hospitality management at VATEL Brussels, joining the master in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the ESCP Madrid reaffirm my choice to work and perform in the Hospitality sector. I have acquired valuable insights into the real estate industry by choosing the Real Estate Finance and investment specialization. My vision is that offer a real and an iconic experience is the new key in the game, such being sustainability oriented and focus on guest satisfaction. I have a strong hospitality background from the past 5 years composed of academic and professional experiences. I acquired great guest and stakeholders’ management skills though my internships in various international luxury Hotels such as HILTON Malta. I have developed valuable intercultural leadership and managerial competences. I have garnered extensive operational expertise alongside assuming strategic roles within the renowned international group Accor. My professional focus lies in aiding hotel businesses to optimize their strategies, driving enhanced results towards accomplishing their objectives. My overarching vision is centered on delivering unparalleled guest experiences, guided by principles of exclusivity and perfection.
