Invested in and started up, from zero, the US operations of my childhood bakery Brand which parallelly became a global success with 45 stores in 8 countries (4/2022)- Struck the first international license agreement with the Brand- Structured and raised funds from US and French investors- Scaled-up to 3 experiential retail locations in Manhattan with different formats from 10 to 200 sq meters- Set up and ran the 100% decentralized, in-house, quality-obsessed operations model of the Brand, on- and off-line- From zero to multi-million revenues, 4% sidewalk trafic conversion, 70% repeat customers, on- and off-line, highest customer ratings in all of NYC Food Retail. And turning out a sustainable 20+% Free Cash Flow- Recognition and accolade by NYC and National Media: NY Times, Vogue, Eater, NBC, BFM TV, M6- Qualitative brand building through customer advocacy programs, PR and select experiential collaborations with Van Cleef & Arpels, Hermes, Bergdorf Goodman- Drove the company through the pandemic episode. Proud to have taken the company through what is to date the biggest challenge I ever faced professionally; and that it came out a more agile and profitable company.
