ABOUT ANTOINE GOUY
To me, it seems rather narrow to define myself with a job title or fews randoms keywords. As an active person, who\'is always outside of his comfort zone, I prefer to use \"action verbs\" that convey meaning in my work. Create and do. Passionate about images, culture, and the arts since my Master\'s degree in Transmedia Production at Bellecour École, I enjoy bringing projects to life. I became an entrepreneur in 2012, working in creative and technology industries: mobile apps, websites, design, video games, etc. Since 2012, I\'ve worked as a creative designer on digital products with: Kurio, Mootools, Alkemiga, BreakFirst Games, Cellance, Zumba®, 505Games, Le GrandLyon, the École Nationale des Greffes, CESI, the PFRH of the Rhône-Alpes region, etc. While engaging in hands-on experimentation with collectives: WorldSkills France, Fréquence École, Le Faitout, Bellebouffe, Les Bricodeurs, LDigital, MakeSense, etc. Getting things done and teach people how to get things done. Definitely a networker, I\'m committed to Lyon\'s digital ecosystem, which I nurture by creating and organizing engaging collectives and/or events. In 2017, I participated in the creation of the Lyon Game Dev association, which collaborated on the SuperDemain festival and the VideoGames Startup Weekend. In 2018, I supported the digital development of the Bellebouffe association, with its \"Eat Local\" project during and after Covid. In 2020, I coordinated the technical support for CFI Media\'s Connexions Citoyennes 1 and 2 programs for Les Bricodeurs and MakeSense Senegal. Taking care of people. I lead project teams, prioritizing meaning and learning responsibility. My methods draw on Frédéric Laloux\'s liberated enterprises and the Holacracy of the late Bernard Marie Chiquet; the work of educational researchers such as Paulo Freire, Bell Hooks, and Célestin Freinet; and educational experiments such as La fabrique de liberté at LAP. I use these approaches to teach through the YDays tutored project program, which I set up in 2015 on the Ynov campus in Lyon and have been leading part-time ever since. After 10 years of hands-on instructional design, 1,200 students, 2 colleagues, and 20 instructors are now involved in this program, which has grown and learned over the years. The goal? To train students to \"listen to others\" in order to, let\'s be crazy, change the world of tomorrow. Do these verbs hit you? Let\'s meet h••••@gouy-antoine.com
