As the Program Development Manager of the OnTrack Alliance delivering the Union Station Enhancement Project and a member of the Alliance Management Team:Design-build coordination: lead a design coordination manager and a team of design coordinators focused on enabling an optimized and construction driven engineering through implementing Task Forces (between design & construction teams), facilitating the design delivery, implementing & tracking the design review process, interfacing with the Program Design Manager on several topics (constructability, system integration & assurance…), tracking the design delivery performance through an Earned Value tracking system, tracking quantities evolutions, coordinating engineering services during construction.Program controls: lead a program control manager and a team of schedulers and engineering controllers to develop and update a schedule, an earned value tracking system and reporting tools for development services such as design, systems engineering, estimating.Proposal management: lead a team of proposal managers to develop & submit proposals to the Owner for new works, present proposals to Owner, address questions & comments from Owner.System engineering management: mentor a program system engineering lead and a team of system engineers in delivering a comprehensive system integration and system assurance mandate for potential new works.Alliance management: participate to yearly Alliance business planning, report & present to Alliance Leadership Team, promote & foster the dissemination of the Alliance Charter
