ABOUT ANTOINE AYLWIN
My practice focuses on administrative, civil, and commercial litigation in the areas of estate and trust litigation, access to information in documents held by public bodies, protection of personal information in the public and private sectors, in cybersecurity, public and administrative law, disciplinary law, and extraordinary remedies such as injunctions and judicial review. I also assist clients with the application of the Charter of the French Language in Québec. I like every aspect of litigation, including settlement of matters to the benefit of my clients. I see myself as a part of the solution and not of the problem. I know I can plead before the Supreme Court of Canada and do well. I had the great honor of receiving many recognitions regarding my fields of expertise, including by Lexpert, Best Lawyers, Acritas andThe Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
