Lead development of customized training and comprehensive workforce programs that address employer needs, facilitate optimal employment outcomes for students and strengthen the region\'s workforce- Provide leadership, development, and overall supervision to Workforce Solutions and Testing Center staff-Represent Gateway at the state level through KCTCS peer team participation and interactions with state partners (Cabinet for Economic Development, KY Chamber of Commerce, etc.) as well as regional and national workforce partners (GROW NKY, Lumina, JFF, US Chamber of Commerce, etc)- Establish and maintain partnerships within the community to build a network and promote our portfolio of offerings; includes representing Gateway at events and meetings in the region- Lead strategic planning, continuous improvement, and marketing strategy for Workforce Solutions and Testing Center- Collaborate with academic deans and faculty to identify opportunities for innovation in programming and implement design strategies to further entrepreneurial delivery. Collaborate with Student Affairs to continue improving access to, and effectiveness of, work experience for employers and students- Identify and manage funding sources to maximize workforce development skills funding, including but not limited to writing and securing grants and all other duties as assigned
