About Antoine Rushing

I am a finance and accounting leader with experience in audit, operational and technical accounting, financial reporting, corporate finance, as well as financial due diligence. I enjoy problem solving, process improvement, and data analysis. I combine these skills to help businesses to resolve issues within the accounting and/or finance groups or to complete new projects. In my current role, I primarily support businesses as they navigate transformation events. This recently has taken the form of 1) assisting with targeted process improvement to the budgeting and forecasting process, 2) providing financial reporting and accounting support for acquisitions and public listings, and 3) performing buy-side financial due diligence. In my previous roles, I have had responsibility for financial reporting and analysis, as well as technical accounting responsibility for goodwill, derivative activity, and capital market transactions. I often partnered with Treasury and Finance to support planning and modeling of “what-if” scenarios for complex financial instruments or potential transactions. I recently completed my MBA and Master’s in Finance at University of Texas at Dallas. Being a part of the evening cohort for these degrees over the past three years was a challenging but very rewarding process. I pursued the Business Analytics concentration for my MBA. My continued goal is to combine the general business and technical finance knowledge and the business analysis skills that I gained from my graduate studies to support and strengthen any accounting and finance group that I may join.
