Collaborate with divisional managers and cross-functional teams to assess program needs and implement improvements, strengthening the reach and effectiveness of public health and community engagement initiatives. • Lead end-to-end event production and logistics for 3+ annual large-scale events and ongoing programs, successfully executing events serving 100–500+ attendees with high engagement and operational efficiency. • Manage vendor relationships, contract coordination, and negotiations, ensuring timely delivery of services, cost control, and quality outcomes across venues, production, and service providers. • Oversee event budgets and resource allocation, supporting cost-effective planning and execution while aligning with organizational priorities. • Develop and implement multi-channel community engagement strategies (in-person, virtual, and venue-based), increasing participation among priority populations and expanding program visibility. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders, contributing to sustained partnerships and collaborative programming opportunities. • Conduct strategic mapping and outreach to identify and prioritize opportunities for community engagement, mobilization, and fundraising initiatives. • Maintain and leverage databases of partners and stakeholders to support targeted outreach, partnership development, and program coordination. • Support planning and execution of high-profile events, including DC Black Pride and other signature programs, contributing to increased community presence and engagement. • Serve as liaison to the Community Advisory Board and support volunteer program coordination, enhancing stakeholder communication and volunteer engagement. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
