Purchasing management on back-office suppliers, Accountable for customer invoicing & supplier payment- Supported the integration into the broader Philips organization e.g. led the transition of 10+ corporate tools, accountable for 150+ customers migration into SAP, processes alignment- Preparation & Animation of “all hands” staff meeting for our entity (~100 people)
