From onboarding and support to solving unexpected issues, I make sure we deliver real value, not just good-looking work.There are no fixed playbooks here. I have rebuilt workflows, redesigned communication processes, and taken last-minute calls when something was not right. I lead conversations with clients, understand their goals, and translate those into outcomes they can actually use.Most of my work involves listening, fixing, testing, and repeating. I enjoy solving problems, keeping things moving, and making sure our clients feel taken care of from start to finish.
