Defective cell analysis of 4680 cells to understand Failure mode using methods such as Fishbone diagram and Fault tree analysis.7. 4680 cell Internal temperature measurement to understand temperature rise issue and reduced cell internal temperature rise during cycling.8. Tortuosity measurements of dry and wet electrode to improvement in rate performance up to 3C.9. Global tier 1 supplier cells teardown and cell design benchmarking activity (cylindrical,prismatic, ESS )10. Tested and analyzed electrochemical data of cells/battery/modules using various techniques for battery capacity, rate capability and aging tests using different drive cycles.
