ABOUT ANTHONY MORRISON
I\'m an Advanced Life Support Paramedic who has spent the past 20+ years in healthcare leadership roles, predominantly in the clinical transformation, operational and programme management sphere. I’ve had the opportunity to apply my healthcare and management experience in wide-ranging industry and geographic exposure, and worked with private sector, governmental and non-governmental organisations in Southern Africa, Europe and North America. I\'m currently a key member of Optum\'s UK Advisory team where I strive to add value to Integrated Care Systems, health and care teams, and patients through delivering PHM-led transformation leading to data-led, proactive care interventions with measured outcomes that feed into system planning. This has included delivering programme and clinical components of the NHSE/I National Population Health Management Programme - a multi-year transformation programme that worked with every health system in England to build PHM knowledge, skills and future roadmap.
