Fields of activity - I ensure an iterative and customer-centric development of our cloud-PBX software in cooperation with my cross-functional team of great full-stack developers, UX designers and researchers- In order to continuously create customer and business value I modified the practices of the dual track framework, which we are constantly questioning and adapting- I am helping the team significantly to integrate our discovery activities and the thereby generated insights for risk minimization. This supports software delivery and thus to our daily Scrum routine- I manage stakeholders by juggling the demands of different views and needs (market, business and customers) and clear expectation setting and prioritization- I create transparency through good communication and comprehensible decisions. Clarity on what I work on helps everyone in the company to understand the next steps and the (product) vision.
