ABOUT ANTIMA TIWARI

I am a legal professional with a solid foundation in intellectual property (IP), media, and entertainment law, with post qualification experience of about a year. Since completing my BA LL.B degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth in 2023, I have been navigating the intersection of entertainment and law, working directly with artists, musicians, and businesses as a freelance lawyer.I have drafted various business agreements ranging from Artist Management Agreements to Consultancy Agreements among others. My practical experience, gained during internships and through independent work, has equipped me with a sharp understanding of contracts, copyright, and the ever-evolving media landscape.Beyond contracts and legal frameworks, I am deeply interested in the evolving fields of public policy. My internship experience has given me opportunities to work on policy research related issues on content regulation and digital rights. I have explored intermediary liability and assessing other regulatory challenges under India’s IT Rules and Copyright Act. Additionally, I have also conducted research on digital content policies.I am driven by the idea of combining legal expertise with creative problem-solving to deliver meaningful results. Whether it’s collaborating with artists or advising businesses, I enjoy developing practical, human-centered solutions.While my career has focused on IP and media law, I am now open to exploring opportunities in Public Policy.
